Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
- Custom or reworked pieces may require additional processing time, which is noted in the custom agreement for both fine jewelry and mala necklaces.

- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
Tracking & Insurance
- All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Orders over $500 are insured for added protection.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- LOBAS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of vintage and handmade jewelry, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
